The Fullerton Rail District represents a new way to develop and redevelop California’s aging suburban cityscape. The key words are sustainability, mobility and community.

The proposed Fullerton Rail District site comprises about thirty acres of Fullerton industrial zoned land bordered by Harbor Boulevard, Truslow Avenue, Valencia Drive and the BNSF railroad right-of-way.
